This presentation is intended to give you a first impression of how we work.

 

The output capacity / size of the cement plant is optionally available with a capacity of 4,000 - 12,000 TPD.

The quality standard is 42.5 R/N in accordance with EN 197-1 (European standard).

The costs range from 300 million to 1 billion (financing framework, as required).

These figures will be specified once the requirements have been clarified.

We prefer the buyer to provide his own financing.

Alternatively, we can also put you in touch with a financier.

 

What we do:

We provide the complete engineering, planning and construction of state-of-the-art technology to build a new cement plant.

We only build new plants.

We strongly advise against buying a used plant.

We look for the best cement technology for our customers by using the available raw materials plus reducing

energy consumption in accordance with the latest technology by having our geologists examine and incorporate them on site.

We create the layout in modular design, which gives the customer more flexibility for expansion flexibility for expansion.

The construction time of the customer's project is about 2-3 years for a 4000tpd size.

We conclude EPCM or EPC contracts with our customers.

A comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) contract provides our customers with the necessary after-work service to

stabilization of the first years (by agreement) of production.

We offer extensive training of the customer's operating personnel to prepare the engineers.

We also undertake the implementation of additional facilities such as power plants, waterworks, port, connection,

rail connection etc. We also take care of the quarry development including conveyor belt connection to the cement plant to avoid unnecessary

traffic to and from the plant.

The latest technologies for the automation of processes within the plant are installed with modules from the following companies

from the following companies:

Lösche, Liebherr, MAN, CEMAT, SIEMENS®

Other well-known companies are integrated as required.
