The average construction time is 2 - 4 years. This depends on the size of the plant.
It also depends on the infrastructure and the area of civilian accommodation.
We can also include hospitals, kindergartens, schools and the necessary electricity and water supplies in the contract.
We train the local workforce and provide long-term support for the plants with our own specialists.
We can also cover / support the area of financing with 99.85% financing after a preliminary state audit.
The difference roughly covers the costs for the study and the due diligence (by the financier).
These costs are due before the financing is paid out by the buyer.
Only when the basic financing commitment has been fixed in writing!
